So, to make your decision a little easier we offer you this guarantee: “If you are not totally happy with our flooring and tiling products once you have taken delivery we will happily replace the goods for another product in our range ( additional charges may apply ), no quibble, no hassle. All we ask is you return the goods back to our warehouse in the same condition as you received them - we can arrange, if required for collection on your behalf but we do not take responsibilty for damage in transit.” See terms & conditions for full details. This guarantee excludes geological variations which are of a natural occurance. If you decide the goods are unsuitable for any other reason than defects, we will take the goods back into stock for a restocking charge of 20% excluding delivery and offer a refund, no quibble.
